Alimagnet Appliance Repair · Burnsville, MN

What the booking form asks for

The form asks which appliance needs work, your ZIP code, the day and time you would prefer, a few words on what is going wrong, your name, a phone number and the address where the machine sits. One box is optional: tick it if a second appliance should be checked during the same visit. Nothing else is requested, and none of it involves payment card numbers or account passwords.

How the details reach us

Pressing send hands your entries to a form-processing service, whose only job for us is to forward them as an email to our office inbox. It does nothing else on our behalf. Inside the office, the request is read by the person who phones you back and by the technician assigned to the house, and by no one beyond them.

What we use them for

Your details serve one purpose: arranging and completing the service you asked for. They let us call back and fix a two-hour window, send the technician to the right door already knowing the symptom, and prepare the invoice once the job is done. That invoice shows the $89 diagnostic either inside the repair you approved or as the whole charge if you declined.

What we never do with them

We do not sell your details, rent them, trade them or hand them to marketers. They are not used for advertising and are not added to any mailing list. A phone number given for a callback is used for that callback and for questions about your repair, never for sales calls about other products or services. Nor do we pass them along to other contractors.

Requests made by phone

If you call instead of using the form, we jot down the same sort of information while we talk: the appliance, the problem, your name, number and address, and a time that suits you. Those notes get exactly the treatment a form request gets, serving the visit and nothing beyond it. Model numbers and error codes you read to us are kept in the same record.

Asking us to delete your details

You can ask us to delete the information you sent by calling the number shown on this site. Tell us the name and service address the request was made under, and we will remove it from our inbox and our service records, then confirm on the phone that it is gone. There is no form to fill in for this; a call is enough.
